New Spaces – No Structural Changes Possible

The company, based in Villmergen, has been steadily growing, becoming increasingly cramped with departments split across multiple locations.

This led to the search for a new, suitable property, and fortunately, one was found within the company's existing premises.

Originally, free-standing desks were planned for the new production halls. However, the employees expressed concerns about noise emissions and dust development, aiming to create a protected workspace.

The conditions of the new building were already set, and no structural changes could be made. Nicole Schöpf took it upon herself to search for a solution.

Mobile Room Systems Right Where Needed

Thanks to internal planning by Richnerstutz's interior architect and the inclusion of the employees, the approaches to the solution progressed quickly: So-called hall installations were to be set up within the production area.

The companies already involved in the move were contacted, allowing our workplace expert to specify and visualize the project together.

The fact that Schäfer Shop came by in person to discuss the order on-site gave Nicole Schöpf a feeling of trust, and nothing stood in the way of awarding the contract.
