Residenza Du Lac is Tertianum’s brand-new address on Lake Lugano, combining senior-friendly apartments, professional care and an in-house restaurant.
The administrative offices had to go live while the final interior work was still underway, so every team involved needed to move in lockstep.
Tight Deadline, Complex Logistics
In just a few hours, dozens of workstations had to be installed across several floors of the new build. Schäfer Shop and project lead Oliver Egli drafted a minute-by-minute schedule and room matrix, synced delivery slots and deployed a six-person installation crew.
Every piece of packaging left the site immediately, either recycled or disposed of properly.
Turnkey Package in Two Days
Forty-eight hours after kickoff every workstation was installed and fully operational, while the ongoing construction kept moving without a pause.
The smooth rollout now acts as Tertianum’s playbook for upcoming sites.
