SORENOS GmbH specializes in premium film solutions for glass. As a trading company, SORENOS partners with leading manufacturers worldwide and offers a broad range—from solar-control and security films to decorative designs, innovative smart films, and bird-protection solutions.
At the turn of the year the company moved into new premises, an important milestone that brings different divisions together and makes teamwork even more efficient.
The new office is meant not only to streamline internal processes; it also creates an environment that fully supports productive work, customer training, and in-person encounters.
From an Empty Space to a Modern Workplace
The new setting posed a clear question: How do you create functional workstations, a flexible training room, and – at the same time – an inviting atmosphere for employees and trainees?
It wasn’t only about furniture; it was about a cohesive master concept that streamlines daily work and mirrors the company’s character.
A Catalog, a Click, a Connection
The first touchpoint with Schäfer Shop was as traditional as it gets – a catalog tucked among other paperwork.
The switch to digital followed quickly. Especially persuasive were the intuitive online shop and the direct line to workspace planner Oliver Egli, who offered on-site advice in person.
From the very first meeting it was clear that off-the-shelf solutions would not suffice – what was needed was a customised plan with real foresight.
Three Zones, One Goal
Working closely with Oliver Egli and his Schäfer Shop team, we developed functional and aesthetic solutions for the three key zones of the new location:
Workstations for the team—ergonomic, well-thought-out, and tuned to everyday needs.
A training room that can be used flexibly and offers space for courses and workshops.
A kitchen area that doubles as a hub for conversation, breaks, and shared lunches.
The whole process was defined by efficient coordination, pragmatic solutions, and a blend of online preparation with personal on-site support.
