Thanks to steady growth, the team moved into larger premises in spring 2025—determined to transform the new location into a modern, ergonomic workplace at the same time.
Moving Into New Spaces, but the Furniture No Longer Fit
The existing furniture was neither height-adjustable nor modular, so the new floor plan demanded smart space and storage planning.
At the same time, only premium materials that matched the brand identity exactly were to be used—and everything had to be completed on a tight timeline because the move-in date was already fixed.
Custom Planning Instead of Off-the-Shelf Solutions
In the Oensingen showroom, account manager Oliver Egli and his workspace planner clarified the requirements, quickly developed a 3-D concept, and selected height-adjustable desks plus pedestals.
