Blumenbörse West Cooperative is the central B2B marketplace for flowers and plants in Switzerland. As a cooperative, it serves nurseries, florists, hospitals, and the hospitality industry, among others.
With the move to its new premises covering a total area of 14,000 m² in Kerzers, the question arose of how to create a modern, functional, and budget-friendly interior.
In addition to the offices, the changing room, bistro, conference room, and seminar room also had to be optimally equipped.
High-Quality Furniture Within Budget
When moving into the new premises, it quickly became clear that the budget would not be sufficient for expensive furnishings. A solution was needed that was both high-quality and cost-effective.
Particularly important was a well-thought-out office setup for efficient work, a functional changing room for the staff, and an inviting bistro for relaxing breaks.
The spaces had to provide a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

The first contact with Schäfer Shop took place online. After a phone call, the project took shape in the showroom in Oensingen, SO.
On-site, the furniture could be tested, and the optimal furnishing solution for the spaces was developed together.
After the selection, individual adjustments were made to best meet the requirements—without exceeding the financial framework.
